Join a large international law firm's tax team in Germany. This role is open to candidates to be based at one of the firm's German offices and involves advising on domestic and cross-border corporate tax matters within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice.

You will work on tax aspects of corporate transactions including acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and the design of management incentive and employee participation arrangements.

The team offers hybrid working, structured professional development, mentor support across the region and exposure to complex international mandates from an early stage.

Law degree and completed German legal training (Referendariat) with strong exam results
Very good English skills for day-to-day client work
Several years' practical experience in tax law (ideally with an international firm)
Tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) is desirable
Strong analytical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
