Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trial & Defense practice in Northwest Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized attorney with strong oral advocacy, research, and writing skills to handle complex coverage and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice and recommendations to clients.
Conduct complex legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
Draft and review pleadings, briefs, discovery, motions, and other legal correspondence.
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Qualifications:

Admission to the Indiana Bar.
3–5 years of coverage litigation experience.
Excellent academic credentials.
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resolve issues efficiently.
