A leading national personal injury practice is seeking an Associate to join its Volume Casualty team, working across multiple UK offices. The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of employers' liability and public liability claims, including litigated matters across the fast, intermediate and multi-track.

You will work alongside experienced Partners and colleagues recognised as leaders in their field, developing your technical expertise, commercial awareness and client management skills. The team acts for a diverse range of insurer clients and corporates, delivering practical, commercially focused advice supported by in-house research and development capability and an award-winning suite of technology and process innovations.

UK qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience
Experience handling or assisting with defendant EL/PL claims
EL/PL litigation experience
Experience of fast, intermediate and/or multi-track matters
Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities effectively
A collaborative and commercially focused approach
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge of policy coverage would be advantageous
