An expanding employment and labor practice is seeking a wage and hour class action attorney to join its California-based team. The role offers meaningful responsibility in a collegial, collaborative environment and the chance to build a comprehensive employment practice.

Duties include drafting motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, managing discovery-related activities and investigations, and preparing position statements, dispositive motions, employee handbooks and policies, along with legal research. The attorney will also have access to multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities and robust professional development programs.

The position may be based in any of the firm's California offices and offers occasional work-from-home flexibility; candidates must reside in the vicinity of a California office. It is open both to an associate on track toward shareholder and to a counsel attorney on an alternative track with a flexible schedule.

Juris Doctor required
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California, with continuing licensure maintained during employment
3+ years of wage and hour class action experience in California
Excellent analytical and writing skills
