Associate, Wage & Hour Class Actions — Sacramento

Seeking a California-based associate to join an established employment litigation team focused on wage-and-hour class actions. The role includes drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, attending court conferences, conducting investigations, and preparing position papers and dispositive motions.

There are two potential tracks: an associate on a partner/stock path with business-development opportunities, or a counsel-track attorney with a more flexible schedule and occasional remote work. The position is part of an expanding practice with access to formal training, writing and speaking opportunities, and firm-wide professional development.

• Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in California, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years' experience handling California wage-and-hour class/action litigation.
• Strong legal research, analytical and written advocacy skills.
