Associate — White Collar & Investigations, New York

Seeking a junior- to mid-level associate (2–5 years) to join a major New York white-collar and investigations team. The role focuses on internal investigations, responding to government inquiries, interaction with criminal and civil authorities, and support on complex commercial litigation matters involving securities, commodities and financial transactions.

Strong academic credentials and litigation-oriented experience are required. The team offers hybrid working, discretionary bonus eligibility and a full professional benefits package.

• 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in white-collar, investigations or related litigation
• Federal court clerkship and/or large law-firm litigation experience strongly preferred
• Top-tier law school graduate with strong academics; law review, moot court or journal experience preferred
• Experience handling government inquiries, internal investigations, or securities-related matters
