Seeking a junior to midlevel associate (approximately 2–5 years' experience) to join a New York-based white collar and investigations group. The role focuses on internal and regulatory investigations, responding to government inquiries, and representing clients in related criminal and civil matters.

Work will also involve support on complex commercial litigation and matters touching on securities, commodities, and financial transactions. Strong research, writing, and litigation skills are essential; candidates with federal clerkships or prior large-firm investigative/white-collar experience are strongly preferred.

2–5 years' litigation or investigations experience (white collar, government inquiries, or related regulatory work)
Graduation from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials; law review, moot court, or journal experience preferred
Federal clerkship or significant large-firm experience preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; comfort interacting with government authorities
Ability to manage document review, fact investigations, and complex case workflows; must be able to provide a writing sample and law school transcript upon request
