Well‑regarded global firm is seeking a litigation attorney for its Miami office. This is a non‑partnership track litigation role working on state and federal matters with opportunities to handle all phases of litigation from pleadings and discovery through depositions and motion practice.

The team handles a mix of matters where experience in healthcare and ERISA disputes is desirable. The role requires strong written and oral advocacy, client communication, and the ability to manage casework and supervise junior team members. The position is hybrid with a regular in‑office presence.

Minimum 4 years of litigation experience (state and federal court experience preferred)
Active Florida bar admission
Juris Doctor (JD)
Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, taking/defending depositions, managing discovery and general case management
Healthcare and/or ERISA litigation experience preferred; prior state or federal clerkship a plus
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, client communication and mentoring skills
