An expanding London real estate finance practice is seeking an experienced Principal Associate to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an English law qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE to work on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, acting predominantly for lenders and creditors with a particular focus on supporting the growth of an agency/servicing practice.

The role involves drafting and negotiating LMA-based real estate facility agreements (investment and development) across domestic and key European markets, as well as advising agents, security agents, servicers and cash managers on a variety of REF-backed financing transactions including direct lending, back leverage and securitisation structures. You will have excellent deal management skills and the ability to switch readily between lender-side and borrower-side representation.
