5–7 years of significant litigation experience
Experience in the litigation department of a comparable law firm
Background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations
Project-based experience and ability to multitask on high-level assignments
Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals
High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
