We are seeking a finance associate (law school class years 2019 through 2023) to join a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team in Washington, D.C.

The role focuses on high-profile, top-of-capital-structure representations. Associates will work with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Our team handles liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings, with significant creditor- and borrower-side mandates. This is an opportunity to take on substantive responsibility on complex, market-defining restructuring matters.

Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
Experience representing creditors or borrowers in restructuring contexts
Familiarity with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings
Strong academic credentials and transactional/finance background
