Mid-senior level associate role in a U.S. capital markets team focused on agency CMBS securitizations and related transactions. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents across securitizations, and managing complex closings from documentation through execution.

The team seeks a candidate who works well in collaborative, high-volume deal environments, takes ownership of tasks, and communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders. U.S. bar membership and an ABA-accredited law degree are required for lawyer applicants.

  • 3–6 years post-qualification experience in CMBS securitizations or related capital markets transactions
  • Experience drafting and negotiating pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase agreements, certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions and similar transaction documents
  • Proven ability to manage complex closing processes and coordinate multiple parties
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited school and admission to a U.S. bar
