A leading global law firm is seeking a resource attorney to support its highly regarded Capital Markets practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on strengthening the practice's know-how, business development, and operational efficiency. The position sits in the firm's San Diego office.

The resource attorney will track legal and regulatory developments relevant to capital markets, develop and maintain practice resources and templates, coordinate speaking engagements and webinars, and support marketing and branding efforts. The role also involves collaborating with professional development, information services, and practice innovation teams to enhance training and leverage technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced capital markets attorney who enjoys shaping practice infrastructure, knowledge sharing, and business development rather than direct client representation.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements
Familiarity with technology and life sciences industries preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Confident presenter with strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
Self-starter with strong intellectual ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills
