We are seeking a seasoned resource attorney to enhance our Capital Markets practice group's marketing, business development, and know-how infrastructure. This role is non-billable and focuses on equipping our practitioners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills; confident and engaging presenter.
Knowledge of technology and life sciences industries; team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
