Casualty Commercial Solicitor — Insurance

Join a national casualty team handling defendant-side public liability and employers' liability claims for insured and insurer clients. The role involves managing a personal caseload of litigated EL/PL matters, supporting senior fee-earners and attending client meetings and court hearings.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop litigation experience across liability and quantum, manage disclosure, draft witness statements and client reports, and progress within an established insurance disputes practice. The position is open across multiple UK offices.

• 1–3 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor
• Current experience handling employers' liability and public liability (EL/PL) casualty claims
• Litigation experience: case management, disclosure, drafting witness statements and court documents
• Good communication, organisation and IT skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CPR procedure and proven technical ability
