This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing real estate practice in Casablanca, advising Moroccan and international clients on the full range of real estate transactions across all asset classes in Morocco and, more broadly, Africa.

You will work on varied, high-value mandates reflecting a leading market practice. You will support investors, developers, operators and institutions on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, outsourcing, investment structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of leases of all types, notably in the industrial, retail, education, healthcare, leisure and hospitality sectors.

You will also be involved in large-scale construction and development projects, and in tourist and hotel projects including the structuring and negotiation of management and franchise agreements, as well as real estate finance transactions.

You may additionally support public law/projects activities, including construction law matters (e.g. drafting and negotiating EPC contracts for public works and infrastructure, construction contracts) and complex industrial agreements. You can expect to take on significant responsibility quickly, with direct involvement in running matters and liaising with clients and counterparts.

Master 2 in real estate law or one of the branches of business law
Ideally admitted to a bar (Moroccan CAPA or a foreign bar)
2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or legal advisory practice, with a focus on real estate law
Fluent French and English required; Arabic is a plus
Interest in working in a demanding multicultural environment where teamwork is key
