Join a nationally recognised commercial and technology team as an Associate or Senior Associate (3–7 years' PQE). The role offers intellectually stimulating, high-quality work on a broad range of commercial and technology matters for innovative UK and international businesses.

You will advise on technology transactions, data security and complex commercial arrangements, with early responsibility, direct client contact and opportunities to work on cross-border projects. There may also be opportunities for an in-house secondment to gain practical commercial insight.

The team works across sectors such as automotive & mobility, logistics, retail and financial services and focuses on practical, commercially focused advice delivered in a collaborative environment that supports career development and innovation.

3–7 years' PQE in commercial/technology law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, outsourcing, SaaS and data protection-related contracts
Comfortable with cross-border matters and exposure to commercial clients in regulated sectors
Strong drafting, client-facing and project management skills; commercial mindset
