A leading disputes practice is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial Disputes team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports a dedicated client project within the firm's national Commercial Disputes practice.

You will work alongside an experienced group of commercial disputes lawyers on a broad range of complex and varied matters. The team has deep expertise in delivering swift commercial solutions to critical issues, strategically combining formal court and arbitral proceedings with all aspects of alternative dispute resolution. It frequently works closely with non-contentious colleagues to ensure an in-depth understanding of the transactions underpinning disputes.
