3–5 years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral and pledge documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation
Background in venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien, or mezzanine financing
Ability to manage multiple transactions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
Membership in the Massachusetts bar
