Mid-level associate opportunity in a national finance practice based in Boston. The role focuses on representing lenders and other financial institutions on commercial lending matters, across single-lender and syndicated credit facilities and related secured financing work.

The team emphasizes collaboration, training and mentorship, with early client-facing responsibility and opportunities to work on a range of financings including acquisition finance, asset-based lending, mezzanine/second-lien structures and venture debt.

3–5 years' experience in commercial lending or related finance transactions
Experience representing banks, private credit funds or other lenders on single-lender and syndicated facilities
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, collateral and intercreditor documentation
Familiarity with mezzanine/second-lien financings, asset-backed lending, acquisition finance and venture debt
Admission to the Massachusetts bar
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working collaboratively in a team and taking on increased responsibility
