4–5 years' post-qualification litigation experience (commercial disputes)
Proven experience drafting pleadings, interim applications and client correspondence
Comfortable managing matters independently and working as part of a team on large files
Strong legal research, advocacy and stakeholder-management skills (counsel, experts, clients)
Client-focused, commercially minded with an interest in business development
