We are a national law firm with multiple offices across the United States, serving clients across a range of industries. Our Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience to join our Austin or Dallas office.

The ideal candidate will have experience across all phases of complex commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating directly with clients. Trial or arbitration experience is preferred, though not required. We value excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and a demonstrated commitment to community and professional excellence.

Active Texas bar license
Three to five years of commercial litigation experience
Proficiency in all phases of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and client communication
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
