An opportunity exists for a mid-level Associate to join the Trial and Litigation Practice of a global law firm's Miami office on a full-time basis. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

The associate will work directly with clients — large and small — across a range of industries nationwide, handling sophisticated commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including trials and final hearings. The firm seeks self-starters inclined toward complex casework and creative strategy within a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Minimum of four years' experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration, including trial and/or final hearing experience
Excellent academic credentials; ranked at the top of the law school class or a graduate of a top-tier law school
Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills
Federal clerkship experience and an interest in international disputes are a plus
Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
