Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate

Our Real Estate Department is seeking a senior associate with six to eight years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on the retail sector, including big box retail. The role involves handling a mix of leasing, acquisitions, and related transactions, and provides an opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate documents.
• Experience conducting due diligence for real estate-related mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to review and analyze complex title reports and policies.
