A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its complex litigation group. The role involves defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with a particular emphasis on product liability and commercial matters in the aviation and transportation sectors.

The team handles some of the largest and most challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide. It is a tight-knit, collegial group committed to excellent client service, critical thinking, and mentorship.

This position is open across multiple US offices.

4–6 years of experience in complex litigation
Excellent writing skills, demonstrated through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
Experience across all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial
Superior academic credentials
Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
Comfort analyzing complex legal issues, such as contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law questions
Appellate clerkship experience strongly preferred
Interest in aviation and/or a technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences is a plus but not required
