4–6 years of litigation experience (PQE) with exposure to pre‑trial discovery, motions practice, expert work, and trial support
Excellent legal research and writing skills (law review, clerkship, moot court, or publications preferred)
Strong academic record and demonstrable analytical ability on complex jurisdictional/choice‑of‑law issues
Clerkship experience, particularly at the appellate level, is strongly preferred
Interest or experience in aviation/transportation or a technical background (e.g., aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, life sciences) is a plus
