Complex Litigation & Class Actions Associate (Mid-Level)

A leading national firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Complex Litigation + Advisement Practice Group. The group serves as a one-stop resource for industry leaders in consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, established and emerging technologies, financial products and services, and beyond, handling high-stakes matters that threaten brand reputation, business model, and bottom line.

The practice maintains a long and successful track record across significant cases for clients ranging from startups to household names. The team is highly collaborative, values excellence, and offers a transparent framework for professional advancement at every experience level.

This position is open to candidates in multiple office locations across the United States.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Class action defense experience in consumer class actions, including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection laws (required).
• Experience with California Unfair Competition Law.
• Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required).
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
• Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Managing e-discovery.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Active membership in the California, New York, or Washington State Bar.
