Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join its Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity for a partner-level attorney to lead and grow a construction disputes practice within a supportive and collegial environment.

The role involves handling complex construction litigation matters across Florida, including contract disputes, defect claims, delay and disruption claims, and related commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in construction law, with significant experience in both state and federal courts as well as arbitration and mediation.
