Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy construction litigation team in the Orlando office. The role will focus on handling complex construction disputes across public and private projects, managing trial work, and supervising more junior litigators.

The successful candidate will play a visible role in case strategy, client counseling, and business development to grow the practice in the region. The position offers partnership-level responsibilities in a well-resourced litigation group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant construction litigation experience, including handling complex disputes and trials
• Proven ability to manage and mentor associates
