We are keen to hear from highly-skilled and self-driven lawyers with top-tier technical experience in the following areas:

OTC transactional and advisory work
Securitisations (synthetic and cash)
Regulatory developments
Structured equity financing and corporate equity derivatives
Structured credit transactions
Structured commodities

Consultant assignments typically range from two to six months and generally require a minimum of four days per week. You may also have the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis or join teams for fixed periods on a deal.

Right to work and reside in Singapore
Qualification to practice in at least one of England & Wales, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia
Prepared to set up a Personal Services Company
Minimum four years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in this field
Strong technical knowledge and experience, ideally with some Asian experience
Self-starter committed to building a career as a consultant with a drive to achieve at a high level
Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multinational project environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships internally and externally
Client service-focused with exemplary client service ethic and commitment
Strong commercial and business acumen
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
