OTC transactional and advisory work
Securitisations (synthetic and cash)
Regulatory developments
Structured equity financing / corporate equity derivatives
Structured credit transactions
Structured commodities

This is an opportunity to work as a consultant on assignments typically lasting six months or more, with access to a global platform, the backing of an international firm, and the flexibility to shape your own career.

Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia
Minimum four years’ post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm in this field
Strong technical knowledge and experience, ideally with some Asian experience
Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant
Adept at leading or working within complex, multi-functional, multi-national project environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels
Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic
Strong commercial/business acumen
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credible
Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
Prepared to set up a Personal Services Company (further details available on request)
