The role may be based in any of the firm's offices, including its virtual office, and involves working primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit.

The position focuses on federal consumer finance laws and state licensing, lending, servicing, collections, payments, and fintech regulation. The successful candidate will manage complex matters, supervise legal teams, and provide strategic counsel to clients in the financial services sector.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Experience interacting with state or federal regulators preferred
Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills
Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office of application, or commitment to obtain one
