Corporate Associate Attorney – Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its Houston office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have experience representing clients in corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions.

The Corporate Practice advises companies of all sizes and investors on a broad range of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, securities compliance, equity compensation, commercial finance, secured transactions, equipment leasing, international business law, and mergers & acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills, as well as strong communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Admitted to practice in Texas
4–7 years of experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A
Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas State Bar
4–7 years of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
Excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Strong communication and client management abilities
