A prominent law firm seeks a corporate associate with 4–6 years of law firm experience to join its Boston practice. The team advises growth companies and their investors across the full corporate lifecycle — from formation through public offerings and beyond — with clients spanning life sciences, technology, clean energy, and financial services, ranging from early-stage start-ups to public companies and leading venture capital and private equity firms.

This is a true generalist corporate role offering exposure to a diverse range of matters, with no two weeks alike. Associates collaborate in a collegial, entrepreneurial environment and are encouraged to take on meaningful responsibility early.

The position offers a base salary range of $310,000–$390,000, based on year classification, plus discretionary merit bonuses. 4–6 years of law firm experience
Background in one or more of: venture capital financings, private equity transactions, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, '34 Act compliance, or corporate governance
Depth in at least one discipline with versatility to grow into others
Experience representing technology or life sciences clients is a plus, but not required
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills
A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
