Seeking a corporate associate to join a busy Boston practice advising growth companies and their investors across the full life cycle—from formation and venture financings through M&A and public offerings.

The team represents clients in technology, life sciences, clean energy and financial services, including startups, later-stage private companies, public issuers, and venture and private equity investors. Associates will handle a mix of venture capital/private equity financings, M&A, public offerings, and corporate governance and securities compliance matters.

We are looking for a self-starting, collaborative lawyer who can take on significant responsibility early, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and grow across transactional workstreams.

4–6 years of law firm experience in corporate transactional work
Background in one or more: venture capital financings, private equity transactions, public offerings, M&A, Section 34 Act/SEC compliance, or corporate governance
Experience with technology or life‑sciences clients is a plus
Strong academic record, excellent analytical and written communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
