Corporate Associate – Emerging Growth & Venture Capital

Join a collaborative corporate practice advising innovative biotech and technology companies from formation through scale-up and the public markets.

• Represent emerging growth and venture-backed companies across their lifecycle, including venture capital financings and corporate governance matters.
• Guide clients through IPOs, equity capital markets transactions, and ongoing public company reporting and compliance obligations.
• Work directly with founders, management teams, and investors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Gain broad, hands-on experience across corporate matters while contributing to a collegial team culture.

This role is based in Palo Alto and offers a hybrid working schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience, ideally with exposure to emerging growth companies, venture capital, or capital markets.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to advise on lifecycle matters from start-up and funding through IPO readiness and public company obligations.
• Genuine interest in working with life sciences and technology clients.
