A corporate group is seeking junior to midlevel associates to join its growing transactional practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated middle-market, technology and startup transactions while taking on meaningful responsibility on deal teams and developing strong client relationships.

Associates work closely with partners, associates and counsel across the corporate group, representing strategic private company buyers and sellers, private equity and venture capital investors, and emerging companies and founders.

The practice emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and early responsibility, with attorneys gaining hands-on experience throughout the deal lifecycle and collaborating with colleagues in related practice areas such as technology transactions, tax, employee benefits, employment, intellectual property and real estate.

1–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, emerging companies and general corporate matters preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and workstreams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) in the state where the position is based
