Corporate Associate – M&A / Private Equity (New York)

A leading global law firm is seeking mid-to-senior corporate associates to join its M&A and Private Equity teams in New York. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, alongside general corporate matters.

Associates in this position will take on significant responsibility and work with a high degree of autonomy. The role offers direct client contact and ample opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop client relationships and manage matters independently.
