Corporate Associate — M&A, Silicon Valley

Seeking a corporate associate with 2–3 years of transactional experience to join a busy M&A and venture capital practice in Silicon Valley. The role supports transactions for technology and life‑sciences companies as well as investors and financial institutions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating venture financing and M&A documents, supporting capital markets matters, handling routine corporate governance and formation tasks, and working closely with deal teams and clients.

• 2–3 years' corporate transactional experience (M&A and venture capital preferred)
• Experience drafting and negotiating venture financing and M&A documentation
• Familiarity with company formation, securities and capital markets matters
• Strong academic record and excellent written and interpersonal skills; comfortable working on deal teams and interfacing with clients
