AmLaw 100 firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of experience (class of 2020–2022) to join its Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group in Houston. This is a full-time, partnership-track position.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in private M&A transactions, including private equity matters. Experience in public M&A, securities law, and corporate governance is also relevant.

Qualified candidates will possess a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and the ability to thrive in a collegial environment. Texas bar license is preferred and required within one year of joining. The role requires in-person presence in the Houston office at least four days per week.

4–6 years of corporate experience, with a focus on private M&A and private equity transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
Texas bar license preferred, required within one year of joining
