Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Denver office, focusing on health care transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions for financial sponsors and portfolio companies, with meaningful client contact and exposure to a variety of regulated industries.

You will play an active role in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions, working alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team. The position also provides opportunities to develop core corporate skills while gaining insight into health care regulatory frameworks.

4–5 years of experience with private equity funds, independent sponsors, portfolio companies, and founder-owned businesses in M&A and day-to-day corporate matters
Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents for M&A transactions
Ability to prepare and negotiate governing documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, and partnership agreements
Track record of managing key transaction aspects with increasing independence, including coordinating due diligence and supervising junior attorneys
Direct client interaction and effective collaboration within deal teams
Strong academic background, superior drafting skills, and proactive, detail-oriented approach
Admission to the Colorado Bar (required)
