Our client, an elite, internationally recognized corporate practice, seeks a mid-level associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its San Diego office. The role focuses on representing public and private companies in a wide range of corporate matters, including capital markets transactions, SEC (’34 Act) reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands of sophisticated public company clients. Experience with high-growth businesses, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters is a plus. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and prior work in the corporate department of a national or international law firm are preferred.

This is a full-time position supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
