Corporate Associate — San Diego

Seeking a corporate associate to join a busy San Diego office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on venture capital, growth equity financings and general private company transactional work, with substantial client interaction and responsibility.

The team works on both company-side and investor-side matters; candidates should be able to manage deals, coordinate with national teams, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

• 3-6 years of U.S. law firm transactional experience (venture capital, growth equity, or private company work)
• Experience on both company-side and investor-side venture capital or growth equity financings
• Proven ability to manage transactions, work collaboratively on deal teams, and interact directly with clients
• Background at a large or sophisticated mid‑size law firm
