J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA‑accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in New York or Massachusetts
Minimum of 4 years of transactional experience in venture capital and emerging company matters
Practical experience drafting and negotiating venture investment documents and advising on board/stockholder processes and equity awards
Familiarity with Excel and capitalization tables
Technology‑forward approach, with hands‑on daily proficiency using legal AI tools
Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Proven ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members
