Work will include lender and borrower-side representation on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit transactions; experience with asset-based financings is a plus. The team emphasizes substantive deal responsibility, client interaction and collaborative execution.

2-6 years' experience in debt finance or corporate finance transactions
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers on syndicated facilities, acquisition financings and private credit
Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, closing deliverables and related transaction documents
Asset-based finance experience preferred
Admission to the Massachusetts bar or eligibility for admission
Strong academic background, superior drafting skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
