A leading international law firm is seeking a corporate associate with 3–6 years of experience advising clients on corporate insurance matters to join its corporate practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, with primary need in the Bay Area and New York, and is not a remote position.

The associate will counsel clients on a range of insurance lines, including placements and claims management for Directors & Officers insurance, representations & warranties insurance, cyberliability, and other coverages. Experience with commercial contract indemnification, D&O advancement and indemnification issues, corporate/M&A disputes, and securities litigation is advantageous.

Responsibilities include legal research and analysis, drafting briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence, managing complex transactions or cases from inception to resolution, and building strong client relationships. 3–6 years of direct, applicable experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state of the applicable office
Experience advising on corporate insurance matters, including D&O, R&W, and cyberliability
Strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
