A leading international law firm is seeking a corporate attorney to join its corporate practice, focusing on corporate insurance matters. The role is ideal for a lawyer with 3–6 years of experience advising clients on insurance placements and claim management.

The successful candidate will handle matters involving Directors & Officers insurance, representations & warranties insurance, cyberliability, and other lines of insurance. Experience with commercial contract indemnification, D&O advancement and indemnification issues, corporate/M&A disputes, and securities litigation is a plus.

This position is based in one of the firm's U.S. offices, with a preference for its Palo Alto, San Francisco, or New York locations. Strong candidates for other U.S. offices will be considered. This is not a remote work position. A hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work is available, with the specific arrangement determined at the time of hiring.

3–6 years of experience advising on corporate insurance matters, including D&O, representations & warranties, and cyberliability insurance
Experience with commercial contract indemnification, D&O advancement and indemnification issues, corporate/M&A disputes, or securities litigation is a plus
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience
JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in the state of the office location
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Good business and professional judgment, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively and independently
