Corporate M&A Associate — Corporate Practice (Mid–Senior)

Seeking a mid–senior level Associate to join a busy corporate practice focused on public M&A, take‑private transactions and corporate governance. The role is location‑flexible across multiple U.S. East Coast offices and will involve collaboration with colleagues across the firm's platform.

• 4–7 years of transactional experience, with a focus on public M&A and take‑private deals
• Proven drafting experience with acquisition agreements and other M&A documentation
• Experience leading due diligence teams and managing transactions from inception to close
