Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Level)

• 4-6 years of experience with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt/equity offerings.
• Experience drafting operating and partnership agreements and managing day-to-day portfolio company needs.
• Strong understanding of M&A transaction lifecycles from inception to closing, including majority and minority equity issuances.
• General corporate and governance experience, with the ability to work across practice areas and mentor junior associates.
• Superior drafting, research, and negotiation skills, with experience handling key transaction documents.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar, with a strong academic background and a proactive, detail-oriented, team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to engage in community and professional organizations.
