Growing corporate team in San Diego seeks a mid-level M&A associate to support private and public company transactions. The role emphasizes drafting principal acquisition agreements and participating in direct negotiations across domestic and cross-border deals.

The team offers collaborative, high-volume transactional work within a large international platform. Hybrid working with regular office presence is expected.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California
• 4–6 years of corporate/M&A experience at a major law firm (private and public company deals)
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements; immediately transferable big‑law skills
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills; ability to manage complex transactions and client interactions
