Corporate/M&A Associate — Seattle

Growing corporate practice in Seattle is seeking two associates to support a broad transactional and governance docket. One opening targets junior associates with ~2–4 years' transactional experience; the other targets mid-level associates with ~4–6 years' experience.

Work will include mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions for public, private and nonprofit clients across multiple industries. The team emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and collaborative client service.

• 2–6 years' corporate/M&A experience (role levels split: ~2–4 years and ~4–6 years)
• Experience on M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and commercial/transactional work
• Active Washington bar license required
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and communication skills
