Position: Corporate M&A/Private Equity Attorney

Location: Washington, DC (multiple locations considered)

Experience: 3–4 years of corporate experience, with a strong foundation in corporate law, M&A, private equity transactions, and deal management.

Practice Focus: Join a dynamic Corporate M&A/Private Equity group and advise sophisticated clients across digital infrastructure, telecommunications, media, and technology sectors. Work on a broad range of strategic and transactional matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Growth investments and joint ventures
• Financings and commercial transactions
• Data center leasing and development projects

Opportunity: This role offers exposure to high-profile, complex transactions and the chance to work with a leading team in a collaborative environment. We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a hiring salary range of $260,000–$310,000 (commensurate with experience and internal pay equity).

• 3–4 years of corporate experience, with a focus on M&A, private equity, or transactional work
• Strong understanding of corporate law and deal management
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to advise on a range of strategic and commercial matters
• Admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
