Corporate Secondaries Associate (New York)

We are seeking an associate to join a highly-regarded secondaries practice at a leading international law firm in New York. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leading practitioners and to gain significant client interaction on cutting-edge matters.

The practice covers the full spectrum of secondaries work, including LP-led portfolio sales, GP-led transactions such as single- and multi-asset continuation vehicles, strip sales, tender offers, and GP stakes and management company investments.
