We seek corporate attorneys with five-plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position, with a background and interest in life sciences and tech. Expect to lead equity capital markets offerings and manage a team of associates and paralegals, while advising companies on public company reporting.

The role is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule, offering deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market. Compensation is $365,000–$435,000 based on year classification, with discretionary merit bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Five-plus years of corporate legal experience
Background and interest in life sciences and technology
Experience advising companies through IPOs and equity capital markets transactions
Knowledge of public company reporting
Ability to lead capital markets offerings and manage a team of associates and paralegals
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
