Our client's Cyber/Data/Privacy practice group is seeking a midlevel associate with 4–6 years of experience to focus on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters. The role is available in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC.

The practice group is diverse and well-established, with more than 30 full-time attorneys across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, and an expanding award-winning litigation and investigations practice.

4–6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (state AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies), and/or defending data privacy and security class actions (including Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and data breach class actions).
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects.
General technology fluency and impeccable analytical and writing skills.
