A leading international law firm's Cyber/Data/Privacy practice group seeks a midlevel associate to join its growing team. The role focuses on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters.

You will defend complex data privacy and security class actions, including claims under the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping statutes, unfair and deceptive trade practices laws, and data breach litigation. The position also involves handling regulatory investigations before agencies such as State Attorneys General and the FTC.

4–6 years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (e.g., State AG, FTC, other regulatory agencies) and/or defending data privacy and security class actions
Experience with Stored Communications Act, wiretapping, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, and data breach class actions preferred
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
General tech fluency
Impeccable analytical and writing skills
