Successful candidates will work on regulatory investigations and defense of privacy- and data-security-related class actions, engage directly with clients, and lead significant project work within the group.
The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and an expected annual salary range of $310,000 - $390,000 (final offer depends on location and experience).
- 4–6 years post-qualification litigation or regulatory investigations experience focused on privacy, data security, or consumer-protection enforcement
- Experience defending data-privacy and security class actions and/or handling State AG, FTC, or similar regulatory investigations
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school, excellent writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and leading substantial matters; general technology fluency
