The role is open to candidates for placement in multiple U.S. offices, including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. Successful candidates will work on investigations and class-action defense matters, liaise directly with clients, and lead significant projects within cross-border teams.
The group values strong analytical and writing skills, tech fluency, and prior experience with regulatory enforcement (e.g., state attorneys general, federal agencies) or defending data-privacy and security class actions.
- 4–6 years post-qualification litigation experience with a focus on privacy, data security or consumer-protection enforcement
- Experience defending data-privacy class actions and/or handling regulatory investigations
- Excellent legal writing, analytical ability, and client-facing skills
- Comfort working on cross-office and cross-border teams; general tech fluency
