Join a dynamic, internationally recognized Cyber/Data/Privacy practice group as a midlevel associate. This team of over 30 dedicated attorneys spans the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, and continues to expand its award-winning litigation and investigations capabilities.

The role focuses on high-stakes litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters. You will handle consumer protection issues before state attorneys general, the FTC, and other regulatory agencies, and defend complex data privacy and security class actions.

This is an opportunity to engage directly with clients, lead significant projects, and work on cutting-edge issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is available in multiple offices, with a preference for New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC.

4–6 years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies)
Experience defending data privacy and security class actions, including claims under the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and data breach class actions
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
General tech fluency
Impeccable analytical and writing skills
