Cyber/Data Privacy Attorney — Litigation

Midlevel associate opportunity in a national cyber, data privacy and security litigation practice. The team handles regulatory investigations and defense-side litigation arising from consumer protection and data-breach matters.

The role is open to candidates for placement in multiple U.S. offices, including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. Successful candidates will work on investigations and class-action defense matters, liaise directly with clients, and lead significant projects within cross-border teams.

The group values strong analytical and writing skills, tech fluency, and prior experience with regulatory enforcement (e.g., state attorneys general, federal agencies) or defending data-privacy and security class actions.

• 4–6 years post-qualification litigation experience with a focus on privacy, data security or consumer-protection enforcement
• Experience defending data-privacy class actions and/or handling regulatory investigations
• Excellent legal writing, analytical ability, and client-facing skills
• Comfort working on cross-office and cross-border teams; general tech fluency
